Merric is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our product please return it to us within 14 days of purchase, in original condition with all labels and swing tags attached.
Approved Refunds will be paid by cheque or bank credit so please include your bank account details along with your tax invoice and reason for return.
To avoid delivery problems, please sending your parcel with tracking number.
Postage costs will not be refunded.
Our Returns policy excludes accessories.
Items purchased online are to be returned to the Merric Warehouse.
