Larosela is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Item/s must be unworn and unwashed.
- All labels, swing tags and care labels must still be attached.
- Items purchased using gift cards eligible for refund only. They cannot be exchanged.
- All returns will be processed within 3 business days of arriving in the Larosela Warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and may take 2-3 working days to show in your account.
- Any postage charges are excluded from refunds.
- We currently do not offer in-store return if you purchased online.
- Our Returns policy excludes accessories and gift vouchers, even if lost or stolen.
We recommend using a trackable method of postage, as we do not cover postage costs associated with returning products to our online store unless the item is faulty.

Turn garment inside out to wash & dry. Wash separately until colour fast.
Machine or hand wash in cold water. Spin dry normal. Iron warm.
