Merric is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our product please return it to us within 14 days of purchase, in original condition with all labels and swing tags attached.

Approved Refunds will be paid to the account you paid for the online order.

To avoid delivery problems, please return your parcel using a tracking number.

Postage costs will not be refunded.

Our Returns policy excludes accessories.

Items purchased online are to be returned to the Merric Warehouse.
